  • Policy Overview:
    To ensure seamless service and program management, Pineland Aesthetic Medicine requires a credit card to be placed on file for all weight loss, Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT), and performance enhancement programs. This credit card will be used for monthly automatic payment processing. By signing this agreement, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below:

    1. Monthly Payments:
    Payments for your selected program will be processed automatically each month using the credit card on file.
    2. Declined Payments:
    In the event that the credit card on file is declined, a $50 fee will be added to the following month’s payment. If the payment remains unpaid for 30 days, it may be sent to collections.
    3. Credit Card Updates:
    Patients must notify Pineland Aesthetic Medicine at least 30 days in advance of any changes to the credit card on file to avoid the $50 fee. You are still responsible for the payment if the update is not provided in time.
    4. Cancellation Policy:
    Any program can be canceled at the patient’s request, but cancellations must be submitted at least 30 days in advance. No refunds will be issued once a payment has been processed.
    o Program Reinstatement: A $50 reinstatement fee will be applied if a patient chooses to restart any program after cancellation.
    5. No Chargebacks:
    Once a payment has been processed, no chargebacks will be approved under any circumstances.
    6. Billing Inquiries:
    If you have any questions or concerns about your billing, please contact Pineland Aesthetic Medicine directly.

  • We do not participate with any insurer, but we simplify the program with a flat monthly charge and a military discount for those who qualify.

  • At Pineland Aesthetic Medicine, we want to clarify how our payment structure works and address any confusion regarding the medication provided in our program. When you enroll with us, your payment is not solely for medication; it encompasses a comprehensive health support program. This includes my experience, education, and ongoing support as your medical provider. Think of the medication as a valuable "bonus" in the overall health investment.

  • Currently, we only offer online/telehealth visits for North Carolina, Virginia, and Colorado. & Colorado.

  • Semaglutide, sold under the brand names Ozempic, Wegovy and Rybelsus, is an antidiabetic medication used for the treatment of type 2 diabetes and an anti-obesity medication used for long-term weight management, thus your insurance may not cover the cost which can be as high as $1,627 a month at your pharmacy. We are able to offer compounded Semaglutide. "Ozempic" is an FDA-approved medication, while "compounded semaglutide" is a custom-made medication prepared by an FDA-approved compounding pharmacy.

If eligible, the Weight Loss program starts at $350/mo. and includes medication, supplies, shipping, and follow up visits as well as concierge access to your provider.

  • Many GLP-1 medications are administered through injections, which may initially seem intimidating, but most users find the process to be painless, quick, and straightforward.   • The FDA-approved medications that are a part of the One-Year Metabolic Reset are called GLP-1s, and are clinically tested, stimulant-free, and non-habit forming. Side effects are extremely rare, and most individuals who take a GLP-1 do not experience any. For those who do, nausea is the most common, and this typically resolves over the first few weeks of being on the medication.

  • A patient relocating from another TRT clinic should have higher levels, according to expectation. You do not need to lower your testosterone levels in order to switch to another clinic.

  • The monthly fee does not include lab fees. Follow-up lab testing may be needed to determine how well you are responding to the treatment, your provider will notify you if this is necessary for your program.

    You can either provide us the test results from somewhere else, and our provider will examine them for free, OR we will order the labs for you through our discounted network at any LabCorp for $149.
